This means FIBO Group will cover the fees charged by payment systems when you deposit into your trading account using any convenient method. If you are charged an additional fee, please contact customer support for a refund.
1 For bank transfer deposits, we compensate up to 30 USD in bank fees for deposits over 1,000 USD.
2 For cryptocurrency deposits, the blockchain network transaction fee is not covered by the company.
The company reserves the right not to compensate payment system fees or to cancel any previously compensated fees in case of detected abuses related to the "No Fee Deposit" promotion.
Please pay attention that according to Regulations on non-trading (Financial) transactions it is assumed that the Client shall withdraw funds from its trading account in the same currency and by the same method the trading account of this Client was credited.
